Comfortable, quiet workstation for small-batch cutting

This press arrives ready to use. A pull of the lever makes a quick, clean circular cut in a wide range of soft materials (leather, felt, rubber, silicone and more).

Technical data: 600 kg manual rack bench press, made in France by EMG, for cutting with hollow punches from Ø1.5 to 60 mm. The force is linear and constant through the whole stroke, in proportion to the load on the lever. Robust, accurate, flexible and ergonomic.

For larger diameters (up to Ø100 mm), you can fit the JLBM100 chuck in place of the JLBM60PA supplied. The JLBM100 is sold separately, and you should check your application is feasible first. We recommend confirming feasibility for any application. Ask us about a free cutting test with your material.

Hollow punches are sold separately.
