★ TAOLE best seller. The TMM-100L is TAOLE's heavy-duty automatic plate beveller for thick plate. Twin 3 kW spindle motors drive a Ø100 mm milling head that removes up to 30 mm per pass, so a 100 mm bevel takes only three to four passes. It clamps plates from 8 to 100 mm, sets any bevel angle from 0 to 90° and handles V/Y, X/K, U/J, L-edge and clad removal, with a cold-milled Ra 3.2–6.3 surface ready to weld.

  • Two 3000 W milling motors plus a 400 W feed drive
  • Up to 30 mm single-pass bevel width (Q235 steel); 100 mm total bevel width
  • Bevel angle 0–90°: V/Y, X/K, U/J, L-edge, 0° milling and clad removal
  • Self-propelled: the machine clamps the plate and walks along the edge on its own
  • Cold milling with a standard face-milling head and carbide inserts, so no heat-affected zone or oxide layer
