SENFENG robotic laser hardening uses a 6 kW fibre laser on a KUKA robot to harden gears, shafts, moulds, rollers and flanges locally, with low heat input and minimal distortion. The SFR6063 workstation adds a 6 m robot track and a 15 t rotary table; the SFMR02 is a mobile robot for hardening large parts on site.
Supplied on quotation. Choose the model above and tell us the parts, materials and hardening depth you need in the quote form. We reply with the machine price, freight to your door (UK or worldwide) and lead time.
