The Milenyum Milmag Magnetic chip conveyor series is designed to overcome the challenges of your most demanding material handling tasks. Thanks to its unique magnetic transport system, it provides smooth, virtually maintenance-free operation. Milmag ensures reliable transport performance even when the material to be transported is dirty and abrasive, thanks to its powerful neodymium magnets. It is designed for the transport of broken, fine, small chips, and particles generated during the processing of iron materials. It provides high efficiency in conveying products like bolts, nuts, washers, and washers in the manufacturing of fasteners. The fine chips, moving on the stationary sheet metal plate, are discharged through the powerful magnets rotating beneath the plate.

In the Milmag series, the chips and materials to be transported do not have direct contact with the conveyor chain and magnets. Therefore, there is no risk of jamming, tearing, or gradual wear of the magnetic transport mechanism when conveying sharp, abrasive particles, and scrap materials. Maintenance in the Milmag series is minimal, and in addition to the electric motor, all moving parts are completely enclosed.
