The Milenyum Milscrap bottom scraping chip conveyor series is designed to overcome the challenges of your most demanding material handling tasks. Thanks to its unique chip transport system, it provides smooth, virtually maintenance-free operation. Milscrap ensures reliable transport performance even when the material to be transported is dirty and abrasive, thanks to its powerful bottom scraping belts. It is designed for the transport of small, dust, chip particles, and small components generated during the processing of iron materials. It provides high efficiency in conveying sub-parts from laser cutting, plasma cutting, press operations, CNC machining center parts, and casting chip products. The broken chips transported on the moving bottom scraping pallet are discharged through a powerful motor concealed under a protective plate.

The Milenyum Milscrap bottom scraping chip conveyor series is designed with intermittent gaps between the bottom scraping belts, preventing the chips and materials to be transported from entering between them. Therefore, there is no risk of jamming, tearing, or breakage in the transport mechanism when conveying sharp, abrasive chips, and casting chips. Maintenance in the Milscrap series is minimal, and in addition to the electric motor, the parts requiring protection are completely enclosed. We manufacture the Milscrap series of conveyors, highly beneficial for transporting broken chips and small parts from CNC machines processing various materials, CNC automatic, foundry machines, broaching, and pressing machines, as well as from laser and plasma cutting machines. The Milscrap series is available in various sizes, pitches, and configurations according to customer preferences.
