CHIP LOADING / UNLOADING ELEVATOR
The Milenyum Conveyor Chip Loading/Unloading Elevator is used for the transfer of accumulated chips in CNC machines to a chip cart, carrier, or silo at a specified height.
The chip loading and unloading elevator is constructed on a steel structure body made of thick profiles. The side panels are made of black sheet metal, and the front panel is covered with wire mesh to follow the chip cart placed inside the elevator. The load-bearing part of the elevator consists of roller chains and steel rails that support these chains. As the chip cart will be at the movement limit within the elevator, it is positioned at stops and elevator points during transitions. The dimensions of the elevator are designed and manufactured according to your preferences. The control of the system is carried out with the panel located on the elevator. The panel includes start-stop and emergency stop buttons. The system can be moved from the base using a forklift or lifted from above by attaching a map.
