Precise positioning for punches and the circular cutter

This retractable centring pin has two jobs:

Punching: extend the pin to locate the centre, and it retracts as you cut. It also works as an ejector for the cut disc. Use it with punches from Ø11 mm.
Circular cutting: it centres the cut when you use the circular gasket cutter.
