The ZAV 400PRO vacuum clamping system is designed for magnetic drilling on smooth, non-magnetic surfaces such as stainless steel, aluminium and flat plates. It holds the machine securely where magnetic adhesion is not possible.
A high-performance vacuum pump with oil circulation lubrication keeps the vacuum stable for maximum holding force. The clamping plate with dual suction surfaces and an internal bore allows precise positioning and secure fixing of the magnetic drilling machine.
With a 440 x 260 mm plate and an integrated 50 x 120 mm slot, it is ideal for workshops, steel construction and industrial sites. Available for 230V or 110V site supply.
