BDS MAB 525 / MAB 525 SB Magnetic Drilling Machine – ProfiPLUS

The MAB 525 is the step up from the MAB 485: a 1600 W motor, Morse Taper 3 and 75 mm cutting depth in a machine that still weighs only 16 kg. It core drills up to 60 mm with carbide cutters and taps up to M20, which makes it a strong all-rounder for heavier steelwork, maintenance and service.

Unlike the MAB 485 it adds variable torque control and a safety friction clutch, and its one-piece gearbox housing keeps the spindle rigid and accurate.

The MAB 525 SB adds the Swivel Base (20° left/right, 15 mm forward/back) for fast, precise positioning without re-seating the magnet.
