The BDS ProfiPLUS MAB 825 magnetic drilling machine is a heavy-duty powerhouse engineered for precision metalworking. Made in Germany, it core drills up to 100 mm and taps up to M30 with a Morse Taper 3 spindle and reversible motor. The KEYLESS tool holder enables fast tool changes while maintaining maximum stability and accuracy during demanding workshop and onsite steel fabrication applications.

Four-speed gearbox, variable speed and torque control, and full-wave control electronics ensure optimal cutting performance. The double-coil magnet with adhesion indicator provides safe holding power, supported by overload protection and safety clutch. Integrated coolant tank, oil-bath gearbox lubrication, and internal cabling increase durability. Ideal for drilling, tapping, countersinking and reaming in heavy steel structures.

The MAB 845 is the same machine with the BDS Swivel Base (30° left/right, 20 mm forward/back) for fast, precise positioning.

Available from LATHELAND in 230 V and in 110 V for UK construction sites.
