BDS EKF 450.3 Chamfering & Bevelling Machine, 45°

The EKF 450.3 is a compact, hand-held edge milling machine for clean 45° chamfers up to 6 mm wide. At 4.6 kg it is light enough to guide along plate edges, profiles and holes, and it handles weld preparation, deburring and chamfering on steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics.

Its 1500 W motor drives a milling head fitted with three indexable carbide inserts (SHM 200). The tangential insert layout keeps vibration low, and the inserts can be turned to a fresh edge instead of regrinding the tool. It works on straight edges as well as internal and external contours.
