The BDS 7500 High-Tech Cutting Paste is a premium, metal-free lubricant for extreme drilling and tapping applications. Formulated with medical-grade white oil, it provides outstanding lubrication and thermal stability up to 1400 °C. Ideal for manual application on high-alloy steel, stainless steel, Hardox, heat-resistant steel and titanium. This cutting paste reduces friction, prevents tool seizure and ensures clean cutting edges, even under the highest loads. Free from metal particles, it is safe for welding and post-process treatments such as galvanising. Perfect for core drills, twist drills, taps and reamers in demanding industrial environments.
