BDS High-Performance Lubricants are specially formulated for HSS annular cutters. Their highly efficient composition ensures excellent lubrication, cooling, and long tool life while remaining economical and environmentally friendly. For outdoor applications, we recommend BDS Cutting Oil or Cooling Lubricant Concentrate. BDS 5000 is made from pure vegetable oil, biodegradable, classified as non-hazardous under ADR transport regulations, and free from labelling requirements. All raw materials are non-toxic, not listed as water-hazardous, and ensure flawless performance in subsequent galvanising processes. Optimised viscosity guarantees smooth cutting, reduced wear, and perfect compatibility with BDS Annular Cutters.
