BDS High-Performance Cooling Lubricant is specially developed for carbide (TCT) annular cutters and magnetic drilling machines. Formulated from premium synthetic raw materials, it ensures excellent cooling, reduced friction, and a significantly extended service life of core drills. The coolant is water-miscible, bio-stable, low in odour, and toxicologically safe. With water hazard classification Level 1, it is environmentally responsible and safe for workshop and on-site use. Ideal for stainless steel, hardened steel, and high-alloy materials. Its optimised viscosity ensures precise cutting performance while preventing tool wear and overheating, even under extreme drilling conditions.
